Caller ID showed 323-485-9933. They call every few days, never leave a message on the machine, and both times I answered, pleasantly, with the intention of finding out who it was (and eventually asking them to take us off their list), they just hung up without engaging in conversation. Second time was a slick-sounding young woman, who also hung up after she said "hello hello."
If they don't want to talk--WHY DO THEY KEEP CALLING? (We pay for an unlisted number--AND are on the "Do Not call" registry...)
This one managed to get through to my voicemail. Some loser calling himself "Patrick" says he talked to me recently and I told him if he was ever in my area, he should call me to talk about some home improvement projects I would like to do. Well....either I am suffering from early onset dementia, or "Patrick" is a baldfaced liar...hmmmm....
