This company will not leave me alone, they say they are a law firm and they are going to sue me but when I ask about info on the account they can't give it to me. Someone should shut them down
It's a collection agency acting like an law office. Called me at work. Told me that they sent a summons officer to serve me papers early this morning and said no one was home. Funny thing is that my roommate has been home all day. I allowed him to finish with his speech. I told him to never call me at work again or he will be subject to a 1000 dollar fine for each call. He then got rude with me, which is a dead give away that it's a collection agency. He uses scare tatics don't believe him.
Called for my son whom I dont speak with. Would not take no or not here for answer. Rude indiviudals
Acted all legal office like and were nothing but a collection company. I work for one of the biggest collection companies in the US and this is not how business is conducted
Did they say they were from Berg & associates with a phone number of 323-487-3815? I got a call from that group and that number today, pretty much doing the same thing to me!
