Who called from 3235103001

Got a call from this number too.  No message either.

No one said anything when I said Hello.  I hung up.

Constantly get calls from this and other 323 numbers. If by chance I answer out of frustration, I usually hear a recording saying that "the survey is complete" and it disconnects.

Block the area code 323.

But in defense of the 323 Area Code:  lots of legitimate callers and businesses--including the University of Southern California--are in this area code.  We're not all spammers!
