(323) 825-1639 Got a call from this number. Used my work phone to call back, since it's the same area code. A message stated the call could not be completed.
They called again and hung up after one ring.
Answered this call and it was a solicitation of some kind but was very rude. I advise to not call my number and take my number off list and person stated they would call me back in an hour. I called back to see what company it was and a recording states can not complete call. Do not answer.
I received a call from this #, I told the person I was on a 'do not call' list and I hung up. He called back and told me he was with the City of Torrance and that they were closing S. Vermont Ave (no cross streets) next Monday and Tuesday. He then proceeded to berate me because I hung up on him and then he hung up on me.
