Calls and has enough background noise to leave a message without saying anything. Caller ID says "Los Angeles CA". Since I am on the do not call list, I will be reporting to FTC.

Just received a call from this number which I did not recognize so did not answer and the hung up before my Marvin Martian greeting finished. So what is the DNC registry for again?

Honest businesses, not crooks, surveys, political calls, fundraising, or debt collectors.

Called saying I won a free cruise for 2 to Bahamas.  Hung up.
