FAKE RENTAL SCAM!!!!!!!! Wanted to rent us a 4 bedroom home CHEAP!!!!!! With ALLL utilities including in price. FAKE FAKE FAKE I REPORTED TO POLICE!!!!!!

As mentioned on the evening news - Rental & vacation stay scams are on the rise. If it's a company, do a 'whois' on the web page to see when it was made, & for how long. Hiding behind a privacy proxy is never good. If it's a person renting it - what is the form of payment? As soon as you hear the words 'wire transfer' (Western Union, MoneyPak, MoneyGram, GreenDot, etc.) - BAIL! It's a scam.

I am so glad u found this website I was about to rent a 3 bedroom from them but something didn't seem right no one ever called me only text and email. People are so money hungry it isn't that serious over a $50 application fee. I'm going to report them asap. Did anyone else talk or have contact with a lady named Tara r sherin?

Yes... wanted to rent four bedroom home at  820  providence drive in Lawerenceville Ga 30044. Used the name is Jennifer Grier. and email address<[email protected]>   All utilities would be paid for $1000.00 a month. She emailed and texted my phone but we never spoke.  This is sad how people are preying on others .
