and same scenario. no one to show house, transferred out of state, will send me a application, return it with fee blah blah blah.

How come about your fake story

I communicated through email with a person named Serena John and she was trying to rent a home that was too good to be true. She listed this number in the email and no one could meet at the property and she wanted me to send $50 app fee via Western Union to her husband 'John Bambo' in Nigeria !!!!! Big fat scam!!!!! Pissed me off

This is such a scam.  I called the number 323-529-3532 and the email is [email protected].  I could never talk to this person on the phone, only text or email.  They were sketchy about seeing the house, but wanted me to complete a rental application and send $50.  I am reporting them to the police.
