from the efloortrade google searches it appears efloortrade has gone to great lengths and has been granted an ex/parte injunction (chillingeffects.org) to remove what they claim are defamatory or slanderous internet posts. This is a method some attorneys use to remove posts for there guilty clients. This can keep the public ignorant and expose them to possible criminal activity. (Ex/parte) means the injunction was granted without giving the defendants any chance to prove what they say is true. From the research it looks like efloortrade has a tendency to be directly or indirectly involved with criminal activities. If i was efloortrade or John Moore i would need to cover my butt with a cease and desist injunction too. Criminals get way too much protection from our civil and criminal justice system.
Nobody ever got charges with assault for blasting the tiny brains out of a telescammer. On the other hand, crooks selling fake investment schemes actually do go to jail from time to time IF ENOUGH OF THEIR VICTIMS COMPLAIN TO THE AUTHORITIES.
In the meantime, keep blasting with full confidence that the clown on the other end of the phone is a crook.
Presumably the Manhattan address is the company's lawyer;
the Newport address is the office --where 50 people work!
Thanks for all the input about CTI....very interesting and very
helpful.
