Answered the call, they asked for me by name, when I said, "may I ask who's calling" the idiot said, "yeah, sure you can ask!" So I waited in silence until he responded. He was nervous and rambled on about waiting for me to ask him already. I informed him to get to the point to which he got very nervous and asked to put me on hold so I hung up. Never found out who they were or what they wanted, but they knew my name. I'm going to assume they were a telemarketer.

Pretty much the same experience as YWilliams above, but the caller was actually really aggressive when I said I'm on the do-not-call list and want to be removed from theirs. He said he's calling from AQS (whatever that is).
Got a call from this number and answered the call. Young guy asked for me by name. I asked who was calling. He said he was from qmd and had serviced my heating unit in 2005 and wanted to schedule a service call. I told him that i have never done business with him and he had never serviced anything in my home. He quickly said that i didnt know what i was talking about and that he wasnt going to argue with me. I hung up and came to the conclusion this number is yet another scam.
