Got the same call. The person on the other end first said it was a SURVEY on a follow up solar energy visit (did not have any visit). Then he went into a sales pitch for SMART ENERGY. He gave me the supposed 'real' number: 888-308-6773. I gave him...a false address for the solar expert to come out
Answered home phone - said it was "Premier Mortgage" -- foreign accent -- asked for me by first name. "Do you have a mortgage? " There is no obligatation" -- asked if I could get a number to call him back on -- said "our call back number is not working" -- SIGN OF OBVIOUS SCAM IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A LEGIT CALL BACK NUMBER ! --- Asked if he could call me back -- I said no, I'll need to call you-- and he hung up.... B L O C K E D !
Called ID listed "MORTGAGE" and Asked for me by first and last name. Told the lady this was a business, she apologized and said sorry I have the wrong number. Hopefully she wont try again.
