Just received call from 323 580-0602 Ask to speak to ________ _________(first & last name). When I said "Speaking", the call was dropped.

If you are a veteran that was taken by an ambulance to the nearest hospital (a non-V.A. facility) and they failed to bill the V.A. correctly within 180 days, these are the vermin that will hound you without attempting to have the hospital (or radiology, etc) correct the billing in order to get paid.
