Seems to be prank call claimed from India detecting microsoft error, but caller hangs up without identifying the error message. I was not even on my PC at the time.
Just called did not answer left recorded vm with a 800 number to call, and told me not to use my device until I called them. Definitely a scam. I now have the number blocked.
