I actually got scared because they called my cell phone and house phone on the same day but luckily I didn't fall for their garbage. They claimed to be apple support and that I have a security issue and that I should go plug my device to the computer. So be careful guys because they sound very professional.
Left two voicemails in one day stating: do not use device until speaking to one a certified technicians & directed to call 800-781-0776. FYI it is a scam for a virus that will target your phone through things such a Google chrome etc in order to obtain your information. Mainly through pop ups on your phone as well. I am blocking this number.
