THIS IS FOR SURE A SCAM!
I called Apple direct (the REAL Apple customer service). THIS IS A SCAM, THIS IS NOT APPLE CALLING. Apple explained they don't have the capability to know if any Apple devices are having problems, be it software, hacking, etc. He explained further, when someone with an Apple device is having troubles, the owner of said device will contact Apple, not the other way around.
DONT ANSWER THIS CALL, doing so just opens up the door to more calls from these scum people or they sell your number and expect double + scamers to call you.
I was using the internet on my iphone and it never rang. I just noticed the voicemail. Same as above. I'm grateful for this site so I didn't waste any time on them.
