i keep getting calls from them. I called them and got the answering machine. I was about to press #3 for employment to see if I could get the guy who's calling me's job because it seems real easy. In the end i just left a straightforward message saying to please stop!
This number called us twice....(identy- Give Right). The first time I answered and they said they were someone taking donations (can't remember who donation was for), but I just hung up.
Then, 2 days later, they called, (we weren't home), so the answer machine accidentally recorded their conversation to each other when we did not answer....They said something like " I'm staying out of this, I don't want any trouble, they don't answer........(other voice) is there a problem?)...(another voice, female was mumbling something) ..no, I just don't want any trouble...she answered before...but they obviously are not at home...they aren't staying at the house.....shi...!!! ......I DON'T CARE !!!! They aren't staying at the house obviously......."
These people sound like crooks to me....being intimidated into scaming people over the phone, trying to get CC numbers and ripping people off...be careful!!!
They called 4 times & I did not answer, always called about the same time approximately 5:30 P.M. Did not leave messages. Caller ID showed "Give Right ". Called again 7/16/10, I answered & a person with a foreign accent asked for me by name. I then told him that I did not know who he was or what he wanted & that I was registered on both the state & National " do not call registry & for him not to call my number again" . I am a member of the Heritage Organization & they eihter send an e-mail or a letter when they ask for donations.
