Give Right is a telemarketer but I don't know who they collect for. Like I said, Heritage Foundation is a great group and they don't call on cell phones, in fact, they don't call at all. They email you or send a letter if you belong, which I do. This group lists as:

Received a blank message from this number today. I used to be a member of the Heritage Foundation, but they never *called* people for donations; it was always through the mail. The only times HF called me (from the 323 code) were to inform me of upcoming member webcasts in which we could participate. I'd just hang up on them if they request money...
They say they are calling for the Heritage Foundation. Told them to put us on their Do Not Call list. We continue to get daily calls on caller ID that we are not answering. We're already on the National Do Not Call Registry, so how do these bozos get any with this garbage?
The initial call by the Heritage Foundation is exempt due to being a political organization. As to other callers, criminals do not obey laws and due to the cost only big time violators get investigated and prosecuted by the feds.
These 'clowns' call after 8:00 PM !! (much later!). Wonder if their exempt status also allows them to call after the LEGAL cutoff time for marketing calls (8am - 8pm). Understand they represent the Heritage Foundation, but they never leave a message.
