they will not stop calling, no messages left

Have called several times but when I answer no one is there. Finally tonight they asked for me by name and then inquired about my recent interest in going back to school!. I have no idea where they got that information. I just hung up.

I keep getting this when I answered no one responed finally called them back and the recording said this phone # is no longer in service
