I received a call from an alleged investigator. No number was left and it seems like the name fluctuated from O'Rien to Ryan. Sounds very unprofessional.
I received a call from someone claiming to be an investigator. He didn't leave a number but left a claim/report number. Couldn't make out the name but it was either Ryan or Orien. I had to replay the message to get the phone number. When I called the number back it all I got was a cellphone voice mailbox.
