This guy called me and I have the same issue as the rest of you. He said he was from Federal Legislation and had me scared to death and said that I had defaulted on a payday loan. He threatened arrest and to contact my employeer. When I talked to a lawyer I was told that they are scamming people and not ligit. I couldn't even understand what the guy was saying because his middle eastern accent was so thick. When i questioned the guy as to what company he was calling from, he hung up on me. When I called the number back, it was not working and it went straight to voicemail. My financial advisor told me to avoid their calls and I have cut my debit card off so they couldn't get any money from me.
