i just received a call from 234-56786 @ 10:15 so i didnt answer. They left a message stating to call 323-795-2099 Walsh & Peters LLP and ask for David A Williams or else they will be issuing a warrant for my arrest on tomorrow @ 11:00. This is some foreign people that needs to be stopped. She will not leave her name. Say's i need to contact them before the end of today or i can send them some money.
Received call from 323-795-2099 stating to call attorney David williams at walsh and peters law firm by the end of the day or a warrant will be issued at 11:00 am for my arrest. I get an average of 5 calls per day from these idiots from many different numbers. Im so fed up that i call them on it and tell them im representing who they are calling, and throw laws just to see them stumble. When i state that they cant issue a warrant for consumer debts they flip to mean and threatening demeanor. I cant help but laugh at them which angers them more. I tell them just a few more question before we meet in court, because i almost have enough time to lock in the trace i have on theem and location. Immediate disconnect. I usually dont waste my time because i know what they are but i get so angry that i mess w them. The problem is, agencies will not take reports and say its useless. They use fake numbers and cannot trace to anyone. I jave had them even call my job every 4 minutes using my cell phone number and my ae and number on caller id.
I got the same message she called from 360-362-4696 from the same lae firm to call steven a. Williams its a scam trying to money out of a person trying to scare you. I missed the call but I will answer just to screw with them.
I received a call from this number stating that he was an Attorney from Walsh & Peter LLP and when I asked him what was the loan for he was calling about and he stated that he already told me and also said that they sent email and mail letter and was calling the FBI and see if they would let me set up a payment plan but I don't have any loans. Please be advise not to give them any money.
Okay, I got a call today and my caller id showed: 23456786. I answered and a recording message came on telling me that unless I call David Williams by tomorrow at 11:00a.m., they are sending out a warrant. This is a scam or a debt collector. I am not calling them back because I have no way of recording my conversation. However, I will be asking for the state attorney to go after whomever this is as well as filing with the many agencies, including hiring a lawyer to go after them.
