Voice messages from this number have bad written all over it. They've got information, they claim courts and judges and affidavits. It must be a scam. I had to tell them to stop harassing me, as I have never received any correspondence from them and they need to, "confirm my address".

They called my brother in law in Arizona. I live in Utah. Told him there was a court date scheduled and asked for information.

is this a scam
been getting messages from this number. saying she's from prime legal services???  a lady telling me she's calling for someone and that i need to call another number about an accusation... a suit filed against me..  she had the last 4 digits of my ssn... she told me that i haven't responded to all the mail they've been sending me (i have not received any such mail)... then she called three other relatives of mine who i don't even call or reference to anything.  a few days after- she called again and left me yet another number to call. and she called another one of my relatives saying she was from family legal service... then when i got to work- received an email from someone at work saying that someone from TC & Associates called and left a message regarding a meeting scheduled with me tomorrow (i never scheduled such meeting)... i finally called the number... and the guy told me there was a civil suit against me but would not give details unless i verified the last 4 digits of my ssn and my birthdate.  I hung up. Is this a scam?

Yes.  If you really did have a lawsuit against you, you'd have received letters from an attorney's office via USPS snail mail, not a phone call.  You'd also have a visit from a process server - who wouldn't announce his visit beforehand.

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.
For extortion Scam Operations, file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..
