Who called from 3238251639

I answered the call but no response and then hang up.

Answered a call from this phone number. I said hello about 3 times no answer from the caller then the caller just hung up.

Said they were in my area and when I told then to take me off their call list. They have called me at least 10 times as being another company.

Just got a call from this number; I let the call go to VM. The man calling knew my name even though my name is not on my outgoing VM. Didn't say why he was calling or where he's from. I don't recognize the number or his voice.
