DEFINITELY a scammer. I just fell for this scam. He told me his name was Dale Wilson, but I looked up his number and found this. I was skeptical from the jump, so I took pictures and got all my evidence. I hope no one else is as gullible!
Scammer recruiting people to post fake property ads on craigslist.
"I am a realtor I am seeking a Craigslist poster, someone to post properties for me on Craigslist on a daily basis, If job description sound like what you can do contact me whenever you are ready to start posting, .I will be sending a check of $250 every two week, you can reach me on 3238351042"
If he was a legitimate Realtor, he would be able to post the properties HIMSELF. Obviously he is a scammer in a foreign country, and the checks he will send are fake.

I guess I fell for the same scam calls me every morning asking me how my night was he text me good morning how was your night can we start posting now I wish we could find him and wring his neck.
THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! Except he TEXTS me good morning and how my night was, then continues to ask if I'm ready to post. We called the cops because I found out it's a federal offense if I were to cash the fake check, and I didn't want anyone else getting caught up in this. So I suggest to get a lawyer if you got a check and cashed it. I just caught him before I got a check. My boyfriend was PISSED and called him about 200 times leaving him voicemails cussing him out. Of course the guy was too [***] to answer the phone or even respond. I tried posting in every single state on Craigslist to warn people but all of those posts got flagged and deleted, just like all his property postings that I would post. Warn anyone you can!!
