Got a call from this number this afternoon. They wanted to know if I wanted cable and internet installed. I asked him what company this was and was told this was the cable company. We had another minute or so of back and forth banter, he hung up when I told him I already had internet and cable. Scam written all over this phone call. I called back
to the number on caller ID and got a recording saying to "Please hit any digit to be removed from this list. This may take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours, Thank you"
They called me asking if I was looking for TV cable service. Would not tell me what company he work for.
I think they got my number by me doing some internet searches about tv service. I never gave my phone number to anyone.
