It's most certainly a scam. NEVER pay someone who calls claiming you owe a debt. Demand they mail you proof of the debt. Phone calls, faxes, emails, and texts are not legal methods of debt validation. If they refuse to mail you proof, tell them you know the law and you aren't paying without this proof.
Called saying there was a court case and I had two hours to find who the were looking for to call them back. Said they were acf, I called the number the man said it was yang law offices. I hung up.
I got a call from my H.R. department at work, stating they got a call from a Yang & Associates regarding a subpoena and I had 2days to contact them. But when I googled the number all this came up. How the heck did they get ahold of my employers and is this really legit or a definite scam, gotta say, I'm a little worried
