I have gotten a call from this number twice in two days and no voice mails to follow, and they called my cell phone. The caller ID doesn't even show a place of calling from.
There is a rumor that some small TSPs (Telephone Service Providers) are assigning those words to all their phone numbers that have not been assigned yet (and thus could only be spoofed).
So when a Caller Name ID request for an unassigned telephone number comes from any phone company, the small TSP accesses its database for that number and responds with those words.
No message dead air but my new home told me illegal scam call is coming in ! I went to answer it and say so ur a illegal scam call but no one was there ! I'm for sure they will try again ! I just act stupid and say you looka like a man ! Lol
