323-855-7711 is a scam call. Block it !!!!!!!!! or just don't answer it. It will stop after 4 rings. You should block it. On Cox phone dial *60 and wait for the instruction to block this call
It is up to you but I suggest you never upset these bozos as they can make your life miserable by calling again and again. They do not care. Just do not answer if you have caller id.
The problem is the number listed on the caller id is where you would normally list a name. The numbers are usually invalid so you can't even block them. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!!!
This is clearly a telemarketer, because based on previous reports, they've identified themselves as different companies. When they called me, they identified themselves as "HC Construction". Told them we were on the FTC Do Not Call Registry, to remove us from their lists and never call again. I reported them to the FTC and was able to successfully block their number from calling using the phone company's block service.
I was able to block this number using the phone company's block service, so this number at least can be blocked (it is an apparently valid number given).
