323-855-7711 is a scam call. Block it !!!!!!!!! or just don't answer it. It will stop after 4 rings. You should block it. On Cox phone dial *60 and wait for the instruction to block this call
I got a call from this number but they wouldn't speak to my machine. The CID said "Wireless Caller". A reverse trace was blocked, no surprise there. This number has had three service providers in recent years. There is probably more if you look.

Anyone who blocks and hides their identity and location is a scammer. No legitimate business would ever hide by blocking their name and address. This scammer is the worst of the worst type. Definitely block and report them to the FTC, FCC, BBB, State Attorney General so there is a record of its usage. Nothing gets done unless there is a log of complaints to a proper authority.
The caller, CALIFORNIA ( displayed as ID on our phone, last time it used Out of area as ID. ) called us 18:19, 09.28.2015, for 2nd time. We don't answer "unwanted call", I blocked this number 5 days ago.

Unknown construction company representative that had trouble pronouncing my name following lots of delay on the initial call. When he said they would be in my area, I asked where was that? He correctly stated my City which prompted me to agree with him then hang up. Long for the days when I sought out work I truly needed and was not pestered by calls from those that think I need something done. Suck Eggs.
