That has SCAM written all over it!!

Very suspicious. Sounds like scam operation.

I just got a call. claiming I had court for a case... i called child support services in Los Angeles county and there is no record of me.. weird

I got a call - they left a message saying they were calling from LA Child Support about delinquent CS payments.  I don't have a child.  They say to go to the "Central Civil West Courthouse located at 600 South Commonwealth Avenue, 18th floor, Los Angeles, to address your delinquency."  Then they say to avoid coming to the courthouse, you can make a payment by calling 1-866-901-3212.  "Our call center staff will explain your options.

Yup, a message recording of LA County child support services. She says the number has changed to  866-901-3212. I don't even have any kids and I live in Temecula! Scam scam scam.
