When they ask something like "can you hear me?", they are looking for a yes answer.  It's a new scam. We didn't answer because we didn't recognize the #.

Missed the call; no message was left.

Amazing how this DISCONNECTED NUMBER keeps calling. BLOCKED

Blocked the call as the phone was still ringing.
Not that we would have answered any call with that CID
