A man with a heavy middle-eastern accent called from this number. I would like to report this as an illegal phone call by a man that clearly does not work for the company (Renal Disease Council in SoCal) and we believe he is stealing their phone number to make these anonymous calls. Unclear as to what his intentions are.

Answered and man with heavy accent asked, " who is speaking?" I ask who he was calling and he said "you." I hung up. Now he's called back 2-3 more times in the last 10 minutes. I just let the phone ring until he gave up and hung up.
Man with accent called me from 3239622020 , asked if the name he gave me was me and after I confirmed he said his name was Doctor xxxx (marshall? mashon?) then hung up. Creepy!!
