Got a text message from this number at 9:51 pm last night. All it said was Voxofon code:666 (that should be a red flag!) and Voxofon code:379.
Also got the same message at the same time from 415-653-7300 with Voxofon code:734
Both area codes are in California-big surprise. Voxofon is a cellphone app allowing app to app voice phone calls over the Internet.
Not being familiar with Voxofon, I would be willing to bet that it requires you to text back the supplied code. I absolutely WOULD NOT text either of these numbers back. From a security stand point I would guess that the purpose here is do an app to app connection thereby giving whoever is on the other end complete access to all your information in your cellphone. Not for any legitimate purposes either. Again, DO NOT respond!!!!!!!!!
