Warning the recording says that its "this is John from Horizons Unlimited on a recorded line" then he ask “can hear me ok"? .. Hmm… Don’t say yes it may be a scam. Just Block them.
It's not a hacker. Hackers actually use computer engineering skills and coding to literally hack into something. Hijacking, on the other hand uses clever means to find out your password or record your voice to use something of you in order to force their way into your accounts. Please educate yourself before blaming it on hacking.
How to block this and other numbers: I've been using Should I Answer to auto-reject. I use pickup/hangup method to protect my voicemail, so that no one can record my voice in the outgoing message. Some other numbers have been calling me as well, not sure if it's the same scammers as this one. 20215285968 (extra numbers in there?) 31555446689, 3526586532, 2065960631.
