Got a call today, my caller ID shows the number is in Illinois. Looked like a weird number so I didn't answer it. I called back and it said the phone call could not be completed as dialed. Probably spam!
What kind of number has 000 as a prefix? How does someone acquire a number like 000-0001? And then to make spam calls with it, bodes of corruption somewhere.
