Scam artists. Said he called from United Security Systems offering a free home security system. When I asked how he got my cell phone# he would not answer but kept saying he was in Palm Beach Florida..I again said, I know you told me where you supposedly are, but how did you get my cell phone #? He finally said "You have a good day 'sir" and hing up and I told him he was full of it.
I returned the call to the same#, which sounded like a large call center., where you could hear a number of people on phones in the background. The person answering the call had an accent, sounded like Indian or Pakistani, and I asked where they were located, very calmly, twice, because he did not answer. The third time I asked, he hung up.
This interestingly happened just as I was expecting a validation call from Microsoft to log into my work private web. It is almost as though they have hijacked the phone numbers Microsoft has for logon certification. Very strange.
