Picked up on the call and the computer asked for me by name. I believe the caller was Corporations for Character calling on behalf of Veterans Now. Corporations for Character is a paid fund raiser. I tried to stop the caller during his speech and he didn't miss a beat so it was likely a recording with a handler listening in. After the speech he asked if they could count on my support to which I answered "no" explaining that I don't make donations over the phone. I also asked him to add me to their do-not-call list. He responded that they will. Past experience shows that Corporations for Character will in fact put you on a do not call list but they will start calling again in a few months.
