These annoying calls from Credit One Bank are harassment if you ask me. I already made arrangements with them for a payment and they still call 20 times a day, even late and on Sundays, from different numbers all over the country. When I do pick up, they aren't there or hang up. STOP already!!
It IS CreditOne Bank. Some guy with a very thick East Indian accent that I could not understand a word he was saying. I've worked in international markets for 30 years so I'm pretty good at listening, and understanding, someone with a heavy accent, but not these people. And to top it off, my payment isn't due for 2 weeks so why are they harrassing me now? I told the guy to find someone who can speak English CLEARLY and hung up on him.
And yes, they are calling 10 - 12 times a day!! I'm going to pay this card off, close the account, cut up the card and mail it back to them along with a very nasty note.
They call me every hour on the hour. They have for the last 3 days. I paid them this morning, they're still calling me. I've paid them in full...will be tearing up this card and telling them where to put it!
Another in a very long list of numbers used by Credit One Bank to harass people. Every time one number gets blocked, they call from another in a different state.
