These annoying calls from Credit One Bank are harassment if you ask me. I already made arrangements with them for a payment and they still call 20 times a day, even late and on Sundays, from different numbers all over the country. When I do pick up, they aren't there or hang up. STOP already!!
I have no account with Credit One. I NEVER had any accounts with Credit One. In fact, I paid off / got rid of ALL my credit cards five years ago. Yet they are calling me. That's illegal.
Im getting the same calls and I have never had an account with them. They have called me from different numbers multiple times a day from North Carolina to New Jersey. They always leave a blank voice mail of either them sitting in a room with multiple people of phones and you just hear breathing or messages of silence. I block one number and they call back with another! I have no idea how they got my number!
