That is actually Bettendorf, IA (52722) (I live in the area) and if you google the address on google maps you see that it belongs to a home. I am sure that this spammer is just spoofing off of some ones phone number. I have had that happen to my cell #, people get spam calls, it shows my number and they call and leave crazy messages on VM or text message me. I have to block them once that starts. I have no idea who the spammer is but they only call people in my area code so the people actual think that I made the spam call since my number shows the same area code as theirs.
