This caller is malicious! DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK. By calling back, they learn that your number is a working number so they can call more or sell your info to other spam/scam callers.
The phone number is assigned to a google voice account, meaning that it could be anyone anywhere in the world calling. If you call the number, you will hear a voicemail greeting claiming to be from "US Prescription Card" and telling you to send a text message with your name and address.
