It seems that someone used my number to get a credit card!I've repeatedly have told these ppl that I don't have a credit card nor will I ever have one! They refuse to acknowledge or refuse to hear what I'm telling them!I proceeded to tell them if you call me one more time that you will be speaking to my attorney! The calls stopped for a while and now their calling again,so I guess they will be getting a call from my attorney!Enough is enough!
No clue - calls, leaves no message, number shows as "Not in Service" so was obviously spoofed. Awarded with a special place in our call blocker. I've responded to unknown unidentified callers from fake numbers (pick any one of those) exactly zero times in my life, and today's not the day to start.
So, "Rachel" has created a new number. This automated system for my "Final notice" on Credit Card reduction has called me daily for 6 months. I finally got the old number blocked and it starts again with this number! Hey Rachel...Final Notice means you are not calling anymore....so STOP! I'm not buying into your scam! I have no credit card debt and you are not there to "help" you are there to steal credit card numbers. Not stupid!
Do not pick up the phone!!!! If you do you will get even more of these SCAM CALLS! Report them to the FTC (FTC.gov), not the FCC.......the more complaints they get the more likely they are to actually DO something to stop the calls so people will stop bothering them. And do not call the number back.....you are just generating even more scam calls when you do that.
