I get calls from these numbers all the time. I am sick to death of them. Stop calling me!!! I am on the do not call list. Why do we have it. It doesn't stop them. When you report them it doesn't stop them. Frustrated.

Told them I was to poor to contribute and he then thanked me and hung up.
I do believe it is a scam so don't give then any information over the phone.
