We refinanced our home recently and even before the deal was fully closed we began receiving solicitations for Mortgage Insurance from this company. Well, we received yet another (this makes 6 in a month) postal mailing today from them. It's a solicitation for Mortgage Life and Disability coverage. We didn't request this information from them, we have asked them to stop sending us this junk, and when we refinanced our home we specifically checked off NO OUTSIDE ADVERTISERS OR SOLICITORS. It seems that they don't follow the law. They even went so far as to try to use our Lender's name, Regions Bank, as a selling point and made it seem like Regions sent this to us.
