Who called from 3362729939

Called twice...did not pick-up.  Caller ID said Richard Sutton

He called me also, asked if I was so and so, I said yes (mistake), I think they record our voices when we say yes and they use that to open credit or whatever, I am not sure what we can do about it?

Unknown caller, so didn't answer.  Left no voicemail, so likely telemarketing morons.  Added to Call Block List.

Just received the call at work. I said "J speaking" and they responded "J last name?" and I said yes. They then hung up.

I just got the same call and the same thing happened.  What is going on with this?  I will the government could do something to shut these a-holes down.  The worst part is that they are calling individuals work instead of their personal numbers.
