Looks sincere. Almost got snookered.

This is the exact same email I received when trying to sell a motor home on Craigslist.  My BS flag went up right away.  I called PayPal and was told (by someone in India) that it was perfectly safe!  Do not trust their advice!  I went with my gut feeling and "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't".  I also checked with my son-in-law who is our family go to guy with anything to do with the internet or computers.  This whole business is very scary.

Got the same message today. Seemed pretty fishy so thanks everyone for all of your comments. This guy needs to be shut down!

Same email from Mac Roland, Ocean Engineer, wanting to by my car (posted on craigslist) outright for his son. He wanted to go through paypal.  Sounded fishy to me, and he got more desperate when I asked a few simple questions.  It's definitely a scam.  He texted from 832-947-6564 and emailed using [email protected].
