Received call from 336-378-6255; kept line open leaving no message but I could hear people in the background chatting like crazy. Same thing happened with the 800-609-5666. Have no clue who this might be but both calls were very unprofessional.
336-378-6255 and 1-800-609-5666 are one in the same. Comes up as Credit Bureau of Greensboro (NC) but is First Point Collection Services. They are rude and unprofessional in their dealings with people. I never received a paper statement from them stating they held any medical bills ofr collection in their office. Upon requesting that they send me a paper statement regarding what the billing was from, the woman told me that I needed to stop being a "deadbeat" and pay my debt. I simply responded by telling her I needed proof in writing that the debt was in fact mine or someone in my household and that this is very possibly a bill that was supposed to have been a workers' compensation filing that was not properly dealt with. She screamed at me and hung up. So...off I go to retrace what medical bills did not get paid by workers' compensation from August 2009. AGAIN.
