Calls from various numbers - keep blocking them on phone as they ignore do not call list and mine is a cell phone to boot. They call at 5AM PDT - !@#$. Comes on and says "You are being sued by Internal Revenue ServiceS". Bunk as name is not Services and IRS will not call you, they will use USPS.
Called, went to VM, no message. Added to my blocker's list, some 50 numbers now. Sooner or later the telcos and VoIP companies will lose their common carrier status - the flip-side to Net Neutrality, they want to "own" the 'Net, they become liable for the content. Should be interesting...
