Who called from 3366984414

Received a text around 1PM EST from [email protected] that said "As part of our security measures, the bank decided to flag your debit card.  Call now at 1-336-698-4414 and unflag your card."

This is a scam.  Do not call.  

They want to obtain personal information and get your credit card number.

I received a text around 3:00 pm with the following "text" "As part of our security measures, the bank decided to flag your debit card.  Call now at 1-336-698-4414 and unflag your card."
When you call that number it asks for the number of your credit card, expiration date, security code from the back of your card and the last four of your SS#, I entered random numbers just to confirm this was a scam text, sure enough, it was.  DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD/S NUMBERS.  I'm sure you will be cleaned out if you do so.

Hi Nora -  I received the exact same message as you and, as it seems, everyone else.  Your post caught my attention, though, when you mentioned you were an AT&T customer.  I too receive my cell service through AT&T and would be curious to know how many others are as well.

I received the text at 2:57 PM as well.  I am an AT&T customer.  My bank verified this is a scam

Got the same message at 11:41 yesterday.
