Have received several calls offering lower credit card rates. I usually hang up. Today I dialed the 1 for more info and said what kind of scam are you trying to pull. She said f**k you and hung up.
Got a call from this number. Recorded voice said this was a call from "Consumer Services" and today was the last day I was eligible to lower my interest rate on my credit card. They did not state which credit card they were referring to. Said to "Press 1" for a live representative. I didn't - hung up instead.
Got a call from this number. Spoke with an agent that told me he is from "Consumer Services" and today was the last day I was eligible to lower my interest rate on my credit card. He did not state which credit card they were referring to. I attempted to get the agent to give me the correct name or account number of a credit card I have. He named off a bunch of cc that I don't have or have never even heard of. He got frustrated with me and asked me if I am playing with him. Since he could not help me we ended the call.
