Keep getting calls that hang up before I can answer phone. When I tried calling back.....I got a man with accent that I couldn't understand. Guessing it's spam call because who can't pronounce my name correctly?
My friend Door2Door researched this number, and with the postings here, determined that the caller was Louisiana Recovery Services, Inc, a collection agency out of Lafayette, Louisiana. Door2Door saw the Caller ID and wrote down the information after the call rang and rang and finally shut off.
Yesterday, I was deluged with phone calls from 504-837-0116, Reliable Recovery Services, LLC, which also called Door2Door as well, multiple times! What makes me distrust this whole set-up is that in so many complaints, it is reported that a man with a foreign accent and a poor command of English was the person who spoke on the phone.
If a person on the phone has a foreign accent and a poor command of English, that should immediately be a warning, that something is "not Kosher" about the whole business.
Keep an eye on the news... They want a war? I know where they are at... (They hire criminals with records) and hide behind the 1st Amendment "which doesn't cover crime".
They called and said that they wanted to talk to my wife... They would not give any info about the company they work for but would like to speak to the lady of the house. Seems like a scam....
This company is Louisiana Recovery Services. Very few employees speak intelligible English. they will keep calling until someone answers but they refuse to provide documentation that the bill has been paid in full. you must retain your own receipts and proof of payment for when they call again and you have to convince them that you already paid that bill.
